At Nirvana Kitchen, we commit to build an environmentally sustainable business.  We try to reflect our commitments to people, the planet and all other creatures in the work we do – from our kitchen to your table.

 

FRESH, ORGANIC AND LOCALLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS

We buy fresh, organic if possible, produce from local farms in the California Bay Area.  We screen and investigate every farm that we are buying from to ensure they meet our standards on both quality and ethics.  

We continue to add farms to our list to support family owned local farms, especially local organic farms and to meet our growing needs.

All of our foods are free of chemicals, trans fats, hydrogenated oils or high-fructose corn syrup.

Our meals combine traditional and innovative ethnic-inspired flavors.  Each meal plan is nutritionally balanced, portion & calorie controlled, and packed with essential food ingredients that are often missing from an average American plate: fiber, whole grains and legumes - the health-promoting wholesome goodness.

HEALTHY CHOICE MEAL PLAN    
The Healthy Choice meal plan is a perfect choice for adopting a healthy vegan diet without giving up meat entirely, a flexitarian diet. The meal plan offers 3 meals per day: 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 meal soup.  It is ideal for adding low calorie, high fiber vegan food as part of your overall diet.  The meal plan includes 1-Day, 2-Days and 3-Days packages.

ENFORCE OUR COMMITMENTS WITH "GREEN EARTH, HEALTHY YOU" INITIATIVE 

Nirvana Kitchen uses recyclable, biodegradable packaging for our meal packages, and re-use packaging materials if possible.  We have established a “Green Earth, Healthy You” environmental sustainability program to re-use our green shippers.  This program allows our consumers to send the green box liners and ice packs back to us using a prepaid shipping label.  By participating this program, our consumers will get a $5 coupon for their next order.  To participate the program, simply email us at: greenearthrewards@nirvanakitchen.com
